Our Story
Passionate about coaching others to be the best they can be, our director brings over 20 years of experience coaching different ages and levels. From beginners to national team athletes, Coach Patchi Daugherty has made a positive impact on hundreds of young student athletes. Former collegiate division I student athlete and professional beach volleyball player while living in California, she knows what it takes to work towards being the best you can be. She has earned her Master's Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration while working at USA Volleyball as a coach and manager for their former Beach High Performance Programs.
Building relationships with parents, athletes and sports administrators throughout the country and world has been a highlight of her career with USAV Beach.

Having Coach Patchi as my beach volleyball coach this season was a really positive experience. Coaching more than just volleyball skills
Coach Patchi Daugherty was a game changer for our entire family. Her impact extended far beyond the excellent technical skills she taught our two daughters on the court. She helped them develop essential life skills, including a strong work ethic, teamwork, and effective problem-solving abilities.
